EPC General Contracting Project for Long-distance Conveying Gallery of Aggregates in Lanxi, Zhejiang

This project is an EPC general contracting work covering engineering survey, geological investigation and engineering design (including tunnels) of the long belt gallery, supply of complete sets of long-distance belt conveyor equipment (including electrical automation, industrial monitoring system and lighting), fabrication and installation of trestles, galleries and steel structures, as well as electrical equipment installation and commissioning.
The belt conveyor features a belt width B=1400mm, total length of about 3.6km and conveying capacity Q=2500t/h. Conveyed materials: sandstone / tuff with bulk density of 1.45 tons per cubic meter and angle of repose of 38°. There are two horizontal curves with a radius of 500m along the conveying route.
