The Group always regards technological innovation as the fundamental driving force for corporate development and devotes major efforts to cultivating and upgrading core technologies. Its subordinate Technology Development & Research Center has been accredited as Anhui Provincial "Provincial-level Enterprise R&D Center". It mainly engages in the research, development, planning and design of new technologies and new projects. The Group has established sound cooperative relations with more than 30 national design institutes including Beijing Institute of Material Handling Equipment and renowned domestic universities. A complete technical quality operation and product quality assurance system covering R&D, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and after-sales service of all types of products has been established.
Enterprise R&D Center boasts a top-tier team of technical talents specializing in bulk material conveying. It can conduct designs in compliance with various national standards including GB, CEMA, DIN, JIS and AS. For material conveying projects featuring high belt speed, long distance, large conveying capacity, high power and wide belt width, simulation analysis is performed via software such as OVERLAND and CDI to guarantee economical, efficient and energy-saving design schemes.
