Mining Extensible Belt Conveyor

DSJ-type extensible belt conveyors are mainly used for gateway transportation at fully-mechanized mining faces, high-grade conventional mining faces and ordinary conventional mining faces underground coal mines, and can also be applied for haulage during roadway driving. They are also suitable for material conveyance in other mines, chemical plants, metallurgical industries, ports and docks where conveying distances vary. Its core feature is that the tail section can automatically move as the working face advances, enabling extension or retraction of the conveying length. The conveyor features a compact structure and requires no foundation; it can be laid directly on the roadway floor or suspended from the roadway roof. The lightweight frames are connected by E-pins or elastic cylindrical pins instead of bolts, allowing extremely easy assembly and disassembly. The conveyor adopts solid woven belts connected by mechanical splices. When high conveying capacity and long haulage distance are required, intermediate driving units can be equipped to meet material transportation demands. Apart from controllable soft start, power balance and automatic regulation of belt tension, the conveyor is specially fitted with rigorous monitoring and sensing systems as well as reliable safety protection devices. This belt conveyor complies with safety standards for special environments such as coal mines. All operations, monitoring, safety and protection functions of the whole machine are directly controlled by a microcomputer according to pre-programmed procedures, meeting the explosion-proof requirements of coal mines for safe and stable operation.
