Pipe Belt Conveyor

DG-type pipe belt conveyor is a new bulk material conveying device developed by our company on the basis of imported advanced technologies. Its design and manufacture comply with the industrial standard JB/T10380-2002. It is widely applied in coal, electric power, chemical, metallurgical, machinery, grain, light industry, port, building materials and other industries. Single or multiple units can be combined to form a conveying system for transporting various powdery, granular and lump materials with a bulk density generally lower than 2.5 t/m³. The applicable ambient temperature of the pipe belt conveyor normally ranges from -25℃ to +40℃. For special working environments requiring heat resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, explosion-proof and flame-retardant performance, special conveyor belts can be adopted to extend the applicable temperature range to -35℃ ~ +200℃.
